In this edition I’m changing it up and rather than share an essay, I’m sharing a video about Sprouter. Sprouter is a cohort-based course I’ve developed and my current passion project. Please don’t hesitate to hit reply to this email and share your thoughts!

My only regret of the past three years?

Allowing fear to cripple me into not sharing my creative projects with the world earlier.

Which led me to wonder, how many other people are struggling with this fear? And how can I best support them bring their aspirations to life?

After designing programs for entrepreneurs for the past four years I decided it was time to create one that aligned with my personal mission.

I called it Sprouter.

I put it to the test over the past four weeks with @boybyblue who is seeking to launch his own talk-show ‘Navigating the Grey with Blue’ and @itsharrysteer who is beginning to build his personal brand through starting a blog, launching a newsletter and jumping on every podcast he can.

Fail of the week:

If you didn’t notice already, I spend half my time in the above video wobbling my head like a happy Indian.

I asked the videographer if we could use a different take so my head wobble wasn’t so bad. He shared I do it in every take.

Note to self for next video: Keep the passion, minimise the wobble.
